I honestly was hoping for a Level 3 of Luna spoil today. Not much love is given to her in my area -I for one favor Ginka more- so I'll probably be the one person playing a Luna build. I digress though, onto the cards!
GT/W29-036 U CH
Green Level 1 Cost 0 No Trigger
Power 5000 Soul 1 «Tarot» «Young Lady»
[Auto] [Discard a card, send this card to memory] When 「Lunar Eclipse」 is placed in your climax zone, if there is 1 or fewer other characters in your front row, you may pay cost. If so, choose a 「Wolf Girl, Luna」 in your waiting room and put it in the slot this was in.
There really isn't much to say about this card as an in depth analysis. So if
Lunar Eclipse
hits you Climax Zone and 1 or fewer other character condition is fulfilled, you get to ditch a card and compress. Would probably be an okay card if it weren't for the secondary condition. Then again it is just an Uncommon...What exactly do you get from this pseudo-change effect? The following card!
GT/W29-032 R CH
Green Level 2 Cost 2 Trigger 1 Soul
Power 9500 Soul 2 «Tarot» «Animal»
[Auto] When this card is placed from hand to the stage, reveal the top card of your library. If it's not a «Tarot» character, for the turn, this card gains 「[Cont] This card cannot Front Attack」. (Put the revealed card back)
Wolf Girl, Luna is the Waiting Room target of Strong Vain, Luna and as you can see it's kind of a useless card. I find it useless anyway. Her [Auto] ability only triggers when played from Hand to Stage so even if you pseudo-change with the previous card you're not getting the trigger off of it.
The ability itself isn't so bad as it can get you to plan your following attacks. However the Hand to Stage condition is bothersome. As you are playing green you would likely have a lot of stock so it's not as painful by paying 2 for a 9500 Top Checker but most likely those stocks will be probably used for something better.
Also kind of a bias opinion since I barely play any Level 2 aside from Level Boosters, but we'll see. This set might change things up a bit... What do you think?
