Miku Finally Joins the Fray

Miku joins us today for the Card of the Day segment!

That makes lucky number seven(7) folks! Those privy of the first set already know that Miku was in Red, but here she color shifts into Yellow to join Hibiki!

Student at Lydian, Miku
SG/W27-006 R CH
Yellow || Level 1 || Cost 0 || Trigger
2500 Power || 1 Soul || «Music»

[CONT] All your other «Music» characters gain +500 Power.

[ACT] [① Rest 2 of your «Music» characters] Choose 1 of your opponent's level 0 or lower character and put it in stock.

So a typical Other «Trait» Booster at Level 1 with an ability to do things. Paying one(1) and resting two(2) of your «Music» characters -generally back row- lets you snipe one of your opponent's Level zero(0) or lower into stock.

How useful is this? Generally speaking, if you've reached Level one(1) before your opponent then you can activate said ability to punch in for a few more damage. The beauty of the card comes out when your opponent is running very good Level zero(0) back row support. Usually Global Boosters or other pesky Level(0) your opponent might have.

Another card that fits the given rarity. Looks like spoilers are shaping up a bit!

For the Warm World, Miku
SG/W27-015 U CH
Yellow || Level 3 || Cost 2 || Trigger 1
10000 Power || 2 Soul || «Music»

[AUTO] When this card is placed from hand to the stage, look at up to 3 cards from top of your library and choose up to 1 of them and put it in your hand. Put the rest in the waiting room.

[AUTO] When 「Liuxing」 is placed in your climax zone, if this card is in the front row, you may choose one of your opponent's Level 3 or lower character in the front row and put it in stock. If so, your opponent choose up to 1 level 1 or lower character in their waiting room and put it in any slot on the stage.

No early plays for this card! Thus rendering it's rarity to a measly Uncommon!!

Anyway, it's come into play from hand effect is pretty neat. Late game mill three(3) but salvage one(1) of them is fun. I always liked cards like those. Double Edge sword though for those that have horrible luck with cancelling damages at the end.

It's second ability -climax combo- can snipe off any Level three(3) or lower in your opponent's front row. Gets rid of annoyances your Opponent might have. They then have to select up to one(1) Level one(1) or lower character from their Waiting Room and place it anywhere on the Stage.

How awesome is that? Need just a small amount of damage to go through? Get rid of any annoying Level three(3) for it to be replaced by a Level one(1). Enabling you to side attack for typically one(1) damage. Have three(3) of these out and you can do it three(3) times. Watch out though, the good players will probably leave you a Stage of nothing but Empty Front Row if you're too greedy with this.

The lack of restriction on a specific spot on Stage can give them a way out from your evil tactics! Also you have to remember that this is a Climax Combo ability. And what does the Climax give?

Liuxing
SG/W27-028 CC CX
Yellow || Trigger 2

[AUTO] When this card is placed from hand to the climax zone, choose up to 1 yellow card in your waiting room and put it in stock, and all your characters gain +1 soul for the turn.

And the Climax in question folks! It comes into play, you get to select one(1) Yellow card in your Waiting Room and put it in your Stock. Also +1 Soul to all your characters for the turn. So the noted strategy switches up a bit because now you're side attacking for two(2) instead of one(1). Double Edge sword indeed. Miku! Why must you be so frustratingly usefullless?!?
